Meet your instructor, Liz Kriz
Liz Kriz has devoted her bodywork study to the Eastern modalities of Thai massage, cupping, and reflexology. She has trained from DC to Portland and Canada, London, and Thailand. Liz is always seeking to go deeper and learn traditional medical theories and local knowledge. One of her greatest assets is her ability to delve into the esoteric and bring knowledge to her students in a meaningful and approachable style.
She teaches modern cupping utilizing silicone cups, facial cupping, facial & body gua sha, advanced traditional fire cupping techniques, and Thai massage from foundation to advanced concepts, Thai Medical theory, spirit medicine, and herbal medicine.
