Where do I park?
Park on Commodore Street in front of our building or the parking lot on the side of the building.
What are your cleaning protocols?
We clean all high-touch surfaces between clients with EPA and CDC recommended solutions and of course, new linens, blankets, towels, and face cradle covers every time for each client.
Liz runs a HEPA filter fan at all times during the workday and she airs the treatment room thoroughly between clients.
We also clean frequently with sage, palo santo, or other sacred smoke. Smudging is also scientifically proven to reduce air microbes, bacteria & virus counts, as well as negative energies. You may notice various stones around the house too. These help us in many ways. Feel free to ask!

What do I wear for a Thai massage?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing to your Thai massage. Clothing without thick waistbands, pockets, and zippers make the massage more comfortable. Please remove your belts, watches, and necklaces too! Women, go braless! It really helps when working your back, ribs, and shoulders to be strap-free!
Are cupping marks bruises?
If it’s done properly, cupping marks are not bruises. Cups marks fade over time, whereas a bruise changes colors from purple to green/blue and finally yellow. The color comes from old stagnant blood and cellular waste in the tissues and muscles. The vacuum brings these substances to the surface. The color fades as your lymph system washes them away. Please drink plenty of water to assist your lymph system.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is healing energy. As a Reiki practitioner, I assist the flow of energy into your body and gently help guide the flow to release blockages and possibly restore energetic balance. I often focus on each chakra and any areas of pain or discomfort. Reiki often feels warming and comforting.
Can tarot tell my future?
Tarot is not divination. It is not prophecy and tarot cannot predict the future. You always maintain your free will and you can change your mind and your future! Tarot can give you insights into a current archetypal behavior, a point of contemplation, a guide to your inter-being, and a playful way to get to know yourself.
